At the beginning of your project we sit down with you to discuss your vision, budget and goals. We then take back what you are looking for and have a plan drawn up for the, as well as a budget with your specifications. This is a partnership, we are transparent about cost, changes and upgrades
Once you approve the final plans and specification cost sheet, we set a date to get to work. It is really that easy. As we work on your home our Project Managers take you through the build process regularly so you can discuss progress, feedback and next steps.
